We understand your concern as identity and credit card theft are growing concerns for all of us. At SHHC we have gone through great lengths and expense to make our site fully secure. The customer who does not want to provide this information on the website may contact us at (718) 272-2726, if no one is available to answer your call directly the information may be left on our secure voice mail. We do not charge your credit until the order is processed. Please bear in mind that we cannot process your order until we have your credit card information.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes we accept international orders. All orders to the Continental USA and Europe are shipped from our New York Office. For all other orders we will first have to contact the post office or shipping company to estimate the shipping charges based on the total weight of the package. We will then contact you and if you agree with the shipping charges then your order will be processed. Bank draft and money orders are preferred. We also accept Visa/Master cards. No personal checks will be accepted.
If I want to buy a large quantity for resale, could I receive a bulk discount?
Bulk discounts usually apply to purchases of at least 10 LBS. Please send us an e-mail, fax or call us so that we can give you a quote.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are available periodically on many of our products. If you wish to place an order, please call us or send an e - mail or fax and we will let you know if additional discounts apply.
Can I ask for help finding something that is not in your store?
Absolutely! We are able to obtain many products not listed in our e-Store. We have done so in the past and will be pleased to assist you. Please bear in mind that our specialty is in Jamaican herbal and natural products. Just let us know what you are looking for you and we will send you a price quote.
Are there bad side effects with using herbs?
There are no bad side effects with taking herbs, however, some people do experience symptoms such as nausea and diarrhea. These are due to the cleansing action on the body when first using herbs. This cleansing and detoxifying process helps to bring your body into a state of health.
How soon should I see results?
This is hard to answer. For some problems you may feel results within a day while with other ailments or conditions you may not feel any difference for weeks.
When is the best time to take herbs?
Herbs may be taken whenever you want. Most people take them first thing in the morning or at bedtime. Herbs that are used for cleansing or insomnia are best taken at night.
Should I quit taking my prescribed chemical drugs?
Don't ever quit taking drugs that you are dependent on. Herbs are a slow, safe remedy. Always notify your health care provider of any herbs you might be taking should there be any interactions with chemical drugs. Many people have gradually decreased the dosage and frequency of chemical drugs with the use of herbs.
Do I treat herbs like drugs?
Mixing herbs has less of a side effect than eating different foods together. Although most chemical drugs can be taken at the same time as herbs, it is best to take them at different times
How many herbs should I take and for how long should I take them?
When using a new herb it is best to begin with the recommended dosage and observe how your body reacts to it. The dosage may be increased or decreased accordingly to achieve the desired result.
There are many factors that affect the length of time that you should take herbs these factors include the complaint and the severity of it.

At SHHC, we offer top quality. Our herbs are obtained from the lush, pristine and
unspoiled Cockpit Country Mountains of Jamaica. We do not use pesticides chemicals and our products are processed and packaged with pride and great care.

Do you accept
Pay Pal, money orders or do COD shipments?
No, we
do not accept Pay Pal but Visa and
MasterCard is accepted throughout the site.
We do accept money orders but you order will
not be shipped until the money order is
cleared. We do not offer COD service,
however, UPS offers a COD service for a fee
of $7.95 in addition to shipment.
Do you have a store?
No, we do not have a store but there are retail outlets that carry our products. You can visit our website for a complete list of stores where our products may be found.
Do you offer terms?
No, we accept all major credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

missing item may have been placed on back
order and will be shipped to you as soon as
possible. If you wish a refund will be
mailed to you.

container in which the product is placed.
The weight you see on the UPS label is the
true weight of the package rounded off
to the nearest pound.
