Our Consumer Relationship Center (CRC) is guided by the principle that communicating directly with consumers every day builds long-term loyalty to our products and our company. Every call, every letter, every email is considered an opportunity to begin a relationship with one of our consumers. We believe that our mandate is to provide information, answer questions, and offer resolution of complaints. We consider ourselves the "voice of the consumer" to the rest of the company.
